Delegates and exhibitors will be provided with an individual name badge, which will give you access to all sessions and social events that you have registered to attend. This must be worn at all times within the conference venue. The members of the conference organising staff accept no liability for personal accident of loss or damage suffered by any participant, accompanying person, invited observer or any other person by whatever means. Nor do we accept liability for any equipment or software brought to the conference by delegates, speakers, sponsors or any other party. Please protect your personal property. Do not leave laptops, cameras, and other valuable items unsecured. Be conscious of individuals who appear out of place and do not wear a conference name badge. Advise conference organising staff if this does not occur.
ITEC19 will utilise smart kiosk registration facilities, this means you can simply register at anytime between 7.30am -5.30 pm each day using the barcode that will be sent to you in advance.
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for the Conference. The code will be: ITEC19 Instructions on how to download the Mobile APP will be sent via email a week out from the Conference.
In the lead-up to the Conference small updates may be made to the program. See the latest version on the website or the APP. Any changes to the Conference program during the Conference will be announced during housekeeping notices each morning and via the APP. You may also check with conference organising staff at the Staff Desk.
As part of the registration process you will have advised Conference Managers of any dietary requirements. Caterers at each function will be informed of these. During the day and at social functions, venue staff will be available to advise delegates with regards to their dietary needs. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask staff at the Staff Desk. IMPORTANT– If your dietary request relates to a life threatening allergy, please ensure that you advise the organisers as soon as possible so that we can communicate with the Venue/s.
Unauthorised photography, audio taping, video recording, digital taping or any other form of duplication is strictly prohibited in Conference sessions. PowerPoint presentations will be available following the conclusion of the Conference. Speakers will be requested to sign a release form, however, this is not compulsory.
